Here’s how we can help you find peace of mind and guarantee a monthly rental income:

You rent your property to EZ Property Management under an agreement that can last from 3 to 5 years. During this period of time, you are guaranteed a monthly rent payment from your property and we charge you no fees for our services. This is the only part you have to be involved in and after that, we do everything else for you!

To start off, we ensure that your property is in its best shape to welcome tenants by investing OUR money into renovating your property where needed. You don’t pay anything towards this renovation.

We reach out to the companies in our database who are planning to relocate their employees to London and offer them your high-end property. We conduct viewings for those interested and then charge a fee for those who wish to rent out your beautiful London accommodation.

The tenants move in and enjoy the guarantee of a newly renovated rental property in London. While you enjoy the guarantee of rent, the free refurbishment, and the knowledge that you’ll never have to worry about an empty property.

We employ cleaners, gardeners, and handymen to ensure the smooth running of your property at all times. The only time we’d ask you to cover extra costs would be in case of structural maintenance and repairs to the electrical or central heating system. In that case, we’d still organise the work on your behalf but will notify you of the costs in advance.

Once the agreement is over, you’re guaranteed to get the property back in better conditions than it was at the start.
